15 Shower Mistakes That Affect Your Health

15 Common Mistake You Make In The Bathroom

One of the most utilized, but least cared for, parts of the toilet. There are some things you think you did right but you're going to be shocked.

It's your bathroom to clean up, right? Just don't respond to that ...

In the spirit of enhancing bathroom experience, we provide you with a list of popular washrooms habit that has an enormous effect on your daily lives. What's good news here is that you can clean up your act with dirty little tricks.

We spend nearly 1.5 years of our lives in the toilet, according to estimates. And we've been taking a shower for about 6 months. There is no wonder that hygiene plays an enormous role in our lives. Yet few people know that in the shower we're doing certain stuff wrong.

The King Prudence has found 12 most common mistakes while taking a shower.

There is some stuff you thought you were right but believe me, you will be shocked after you have gone through this list.

Flushing the WC while the lid is up

In any flush, Fecal matter and urine will fly up to six feet from the toilet bathroom, according to Charles Gerba a microbiologist from the University of Arizona. Close the lid to retain the large particles in and out of the air until you flush.

We don’t take contrast showers

Switch on the cold water for 30 seconds right before you finish taking a shower. This increases your stress tolerance, enhances your immune system, and acts as an antidepressant. But don't forget that a contrast shower before sleep could lead to sleeplessness.

Not washing your hands properly

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) states that hand washing is one of the most efficient ways to reduce the spread of infectious disease. But it's wrong for most of us. One research by the University of Michigan found that 95 % of people who observed had to wash their hands less than 15 seconds. You are told by the CDC to scrub alone for 20 seconds. It may sound like too much, but the alternative is certainly good – spending three days in bed on the flu.

Too long stay on the toilet

People use their toilet time for books, magazines, or social media scrolls. Too long sitting on the ceramic throne can result in hemorrhoids, since the seated position exercises a lot of pressure in the lower rectum of your veins that can swell or clog.

Rectal bleeding is the most common symptom of hemorrhoids, but you may have scratching or pain in the rectal region. This recalls that clothes are not the place for personal time.

Every day we take a shower and clean our hair

Thin or poor hair should not be washed every day. The best rate is twice a week to wash your hair so that moisture remains balanced in your hair.
Also, note that showering is all too frequently a source of discomfort and dehydration because the water washes off the healthy bacteria. This may increase the risk of infection of the skin.

We bundle in a towel our wet hair

Our hair gets very vulnerable and quick to crack after it has been wet. To stop this, after taking a shower, you should not surround your hair with a towel. The sebaceous glands also begin to work more actively due to heat, which makes the hair look less clean and smooth.

Place your toothbrush near the toilet

Toothbrushes should be maintained about four feet from the toilet, since, according to the earlier knowledge, when you blow up and live open, fecal matter and urine will fly from the toilet bowl. Even because of the splashes of soap and dirty water, it should not be placed on the sink.

Overwiping

The first law of scrubbing: less is more. One or two wipes, after using the toilet, are basically what you need to clean. But wiping your anus too much will irritate and cause minor abrasions that cause inflammation and itching. If more than one wiping will not be enough, turn to wet toilet paper or an inconspicuous baby wiping to minimize discomfort and friction.

Forget to cleanse your toothpick

In the average toothbrush, researchers have identified about 10 million germs of icky bacteria such as E. coli. After each use, it is important to rinse your toothbrush well and often soak it in vinegar for about 30 minutes, so that all the residual bacteria are removed.

For so long we use the same towel

For a long time do not use the same towel. If you are using a not entirely dry towel, bacteria can be present. Philip Tierno, a microbiologist, suggests not more than 3 times using the same towel before washing it.

Reinsert the toilet brush directly after use into its holder

Germs and humidity rise and increase every time a toilet brush has been placed back in its holder. Enable your brush absolutely to dry after you finish cleaning your toilet, so the following time you use it, you won't scrub the same bacteria back into your toilet.

Our feet are not washed

Some people don't wash their feet when they take a shower and believe the soap and the water are washed down the body and the feet. Sadly, it isn't true, and you might have a toenail fungus if you don't wash your feet very carefully.

To clean the use of hazardous substances

Let's take a moment to think about why you cleanse anyway ... to kill bacteria that cause infections and diseases, right? You would then be shocked to find that many of the cleaning items that you use could be detrimental to your health. A list of the worst-offending cleaning items was released in "Hall Of Shame," most of which are forbidden in other countries and have additives suspected to cause cancer, blindness, and more.

Make your own greener with fruit instead! An efficient tub scrubber is a grapefruit cut in half, and half a lemon keeps the water fading on your rods a long memory. Your bathroom would smell great, not to mention.

Wipe not wash

Our European friends have been doing this for decades now, so Americans are gradually upgrading to cleaner bathrooms. With flush cleaning and toilet paper, you can give your goose the love it deserves.

Use the toilet wrong

Diverse research praises the advantages of squatting, rather than sitting in the toilet. The best pose for defecation is to squat with the legs attached to the belly. In a study conducted in 2010 by a group of Japanese physicians, subjects with less squatting tension and less abdominal pressure determined. And another study showed that people who had been squatting passed 79 seconds faster into their bowels than those who did not. What suggestions do we have? This might not be a pattern on which you want to sit.

We hope that you can get these recommendations because nothing is more important than health. Do you have any additional tips you want to share with us? Tell us in the following comment section.

5 Worst Countries for Dating

5 Countries that could Exacerbate your Love Life Iceland: Accidental Incest  Iceland is a country of very few inhabitants because of all its scenic beauty. In addition, a "Volcanic Island, Middle of Nowhere, Atlantic Ocean" address does not really promote a lot of mixing with other populations.  This results in a situation where your cousin clearly has a very real fear of mistakenly dating you. Just imagine going out to a bar, seeing someone beautiful looking your way, and discovering that psycho racist aunt you both described is in fact, one and the same after 30 minutes of talk and some vaguely intimate touching. "Or as one Icelander, Einar Magnusson, puts it, "Everyone's heard the tale of going to a family function and running into a girl you've been tied up with for a while". Yes you know, when someone has funny tales of kind-of-maybe-incest, it's a perfect dating scene.  But not to worry, there's an app for just that situation right now! Th
