I do say beauty comes from within-you are beauty and beauty is you. There is only one you, made up of your genes and life experiences (You are a rare gem). And there will never be another you.

According to the dictionary, beauty is a quality in a person that gives the mind intense pleasure, whether due to sense manifestations (as forms, colors, etc.), meaningful design or pattern, or something else.

Top 16 Simple Beauty Tips to Improve Your Face, Skin, and Hair

Forget to spend your local spa time and energy. The secret to great skin and gorgeous hair is as close as your kitchen! Some beauty tips are needed for girls looking for a complete solution.

1. Do a Clean Out

Clean out your skin and makeup bag. Throw away old and expired products which you will never use, check the use-by dates and freshen up with a new bag. Seasons change, so does your skin! Feel fresh and de-cluttered.

2. Exfoliate

Exfoliation either physically or chemically helps remove dull and dead skin cells by rubbing and sloughing. Skin is hazards of pollution and unpredictable weather, and it is therefore a must with frequent soft scrubbing and exfoliation.

To exfoliate: Mix one tsp salt with two tsp oil like olive or coconut as a natural exfoliating scrub.

3. Use Vaseline for a Smudge-free manicure.

Apply a little vaseline at the end of your nails and the skin ends when you do your manicure at home. This will keep your manicure on your nails and not the skin surrounding your nails.

Wait for your manicure too dry, then wash your hands-any polish that landed on top of the vaseline will get washed off.

4. Get Rid of Blackheads

To get rid of blackheads, mix together honey and cinnamon until you get a paste. Apply it in a layer over the blackheads, and place a strip of clean cotton over it. Remove it and clean your face after 5 minutes. You can also use a quick mask for this.

5. Use Sweet Almond Oil to Remove Lipstick

A long-lasting lipstick is a bliss for a long working day, but the easy way of removing it hassles us. Get rid of it easily by dragging a cotton ball and pulling some sweet almond oil over your lips. This method is super cheap and easy compared to those expensive makeup removers.

6. Always do a Patch Test

Never forget to always carry out a patch check to avoid discomfort or allergic reactions before you start using a product.
To do a patch test, just apply a small amount of the product to your inner arm to see how your skin reacts to the formula.

7. Accessorize

Accessories are your best friends and they add a personal touch to your personality. Keep them in handy and match whatever possible. Note: don't overdo it. If you are using a blingy watch, avoid wearing any other accessories. Let it be the focus of your ensemble.

8. Don't apply too much product

When it comes to beauty,' more is more' is not a good rule. So if you apply too much moisturizer, the product will likely pill off or block your pores. Plus, this is a waste of product and money because your skin won't be able to absorb it all.

9. Hydrate Inside and Out

Drink water! Always keep your body hydrated with a glass of water. Keeping your inside hydrated will help flush out toxins. You can add a slice of lemon to add a little kick.

10. Set your Lipstick with Powder Through a Tissue

Set your lipstick with translucent powder to avoid your lipstick smearing, smudging, or fading away throughout the day. But do not put it directly to your lips. Instead, blot through tissue so just the amount of powder accesses your pout.

11. Moisturize your Skin Well

You should always moisturize your skin well, to make your face look fresh all day. To do this, show the right type of method or product for your skin.
  • For dry skin, cream your face with a beeswax base. Make sure the cream does not contain water.
  • Using normal silicones (dimethicone) for oily skin with mild emulsions and fluids
  • For normal and combination skin, use creams with mineral oils, and dimethicone are good moisturizers.

12. Use the Right Tools for the Right Job

You can have the best eye shadow, most luxurious foundation, and bronzer in the world. But if you don't have the right tools to apply them, they are of no benefit.

What are the right tools? Brushes that are smooth and gentle on the skin, but have a texture that helps the product to travel to the skin surface. Experts say, "If you dip a brush in shadow or blush and the color falls off before you make it to your face, that's a bad brush."

13. Don't Cut Cuticles

Most people cut cuticle while manicuring. Should not cut those thin slivers called cuticles during the manicuring of your hands. Why? This can expose you to bacteria or infections as this is a seal of protection. To prevent yourself from infection, push back your cuticles after taking a bath, apply lotion and you are okay.

14. Snip Snip

You need to keep your hair healthy. The temperature, pollution, and air-borne causes problems for our hair. Too many chemical products and styling methods used too adds to the hair problems.

Tips: it's ideal to trim your hair once every three months.

15. Wash your Face

Always wash your face with lukewarm water. Hot water does a disservice to your skin. If you notice your completion is dry, just know you have to take those temperatures down.

Lukewarm bath help relaxes the muscles as hot water, but won't dissolve the natural oils as the hot bath would.

16. Vaseline your Breasts

Apply vaseline every night before going to bed to preserve the appearance of your breasts. After 2 weeks, you should notice that the skin has become more elastic and moisturized and is generally firmer.

Last but not the least, always smile, that's the best makeup a girl can wear.

Ways To Make Sex Last Longer

How To Last Longer In Bed There are some things in life that, inevitably, don’t last a long time. But sex… should not be one of those things. Sure, there’s a time and place for a quickie, but for the most part, sex should be an experience that is enjoyed for as long as you and your partner want, preferably with no time limit. It’s not exactly news that it takes men less time than women to reach orgasm. And once it happens, sex is often over. After ejaculation, men go through a refractory period where they are unable to achieve another erection for a certain length of time (women have little to no refractory period). It’s normal and it varies, but it does have a way of interrupting intercourse. The only way to defer it is to delay orgasm, which is why we’ve put together a list of tips for lasting longer in bed. 1. Boost L-arginine Consumption Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. That's why sex experts chimed in with more accurate insight about what guys  really want you to know  when the two of you climb into bed. Here are the top sex tips for women. 1. Do It With the Lights On You may be worried about what your husband thinks of your post-breast-feeding boobs, your C-section scar, or that at some point, he'll stop being attracted to you because you look a little — OK, a lot—different than you did on your wedding day. But men rarely notice your self-perceived flaws — they only become aware of them if you're preoccupied with them or go out of your way to cover up. "It's true, men are very visual," says relationship expert   Bernardo M
