4. Change Your Outlook

If you think of negativity all the time then that's exactly how you'll feel! Smiling and being positive will change you into more cheerful person. If you can put aside negativity and be cheerful, then that will change how you feel about life in general. There is a proven suggestion that people who smile a lot actually live longer!

5. Face Your Fears

Nothing Makes you feel good about yourself as overcoming a fear in your life. If there's something you have always wanted to do but have been too scared to do it, then JUST DO IT!

And remember, this in not about comparing yourself to someone else. Just follow your mind, and live the life you were meant to live.
