4. Change Your Outlook

If you think of negativity all the time then that's exactly how you'll feel! Smiling and being positive will change you into more cheerful person. 5. Face Your Fears

Nothing Makes you feel good about yourself as overcoming a fear in your life. If there's something you have always wanted to do but have been too scared to do it, then JUST DO IT!
